  • Please come 15 minutes early on the first class to register.
  • You need to bring a mat and a towel with you.
  • We recommend you wear comfortable clothing that won't restrict your movements.
  • Don't eat a heavy meal before class.
  • Out of respect for your fellow class members, please don't be late.

class descriptions

Beginners: A structured 10-class program teaching the essential techniques and understanding that is central to personal improvement without injury and progression to more advanced sequences. Students must enrol to participate. You must complete both classes 'A' and 'B' for five weeks

Basic: [Level I] Students must have completed a structured beginners program, or at least 10 hours of Pilates (mat work) before commencing this class. Basic level focuses on developing, strength, stamina and broadening the Pilates repertoire of movements.

Intermediate: [Level 2] Prerequisite Sequence I basic course (at least 50 hours) plus instructor approval. This demands knowledge of basic routine and strength to participate. Expect to learn more challenging movements and progressive stretching. NOTE: This class will NOT be slowed down for Basic level students.

GymStick Class/ fit - Ball: This is the latest class taking the pilates world by storm in the UK. Gym-Stick Pilates will make you work harder than you have before and hone your your core strength and muscular endurance. Pure resistance training The only studio in Perth offering GymStick Pilates.

Fantastic for building lean strong muscle and taking your workout to the next level.

Stretch - Yoga Infused [open]: Focusing on teaching you how to stretch and release muscles correclty. Participants must have confidently completed our Beginner Course and be injury free. Class is structured to teach you a flowing rountine that you need to remember yourselve so that you can practice on your own as participants will advance at different stages. Not suitable for those with severe neck /wrist ailments. Must be fit and strong.
