Beginner courses
All Beginner floor courses consist of a structured
10-class format over 5-weeks where you will learn the essential
theory and application of correct Pilates technique in a basic routine
by accredited teachers. Progressive levels will then expand on this
knowledge, developing your exercise repertoire as you develop strength
and stamina.
All new 5-week Beginner courses will be listed
here. New courses commence regulary.Enrol
on-line for up-coming classes and we will notify you when our
next beginner programme starts. Booking a one-off private session
after your beginner programme is highly recommended to consolidate
your learning and address any specific issues.

Classes - $150
Classes
run Monday and Tuesday evenings from 7-8pm.
NO Classes are run on Public Holidays. Clients
are given a pass in Lieu of missed class.
Beginner programme
consists of attendance at two evening classes twice a week for 5
weeks. Please note: Payment
MUST be made with your enrolment.
Places will NOT be held without payment.
Morning
Beginners: you can join the
Mon/Wed 9:00am morning classes at any time.

If you have particular requirements or have been
under the care of a medical professional; it is strongly advised
that you book at least two private lessons before moving into one
of our programmes. This will ensure that we can undertake a full
assessment and provide you with the modifications you may need.
